Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Oman

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination (usually 7–14 business days).
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free delivery may apply to orders above a specified amount (if promoted).

مدة معالجة الطلب

يتم معالجة الطلبات خلال 1–2 يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع.

الطلبات التي تتم في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات الرسمية تُعالج في يوم العمل التالي.

الشحن داخل عمان

التوصيل العادي في مسقط: 1–2 يوم عمل.

المدن الأخرى في عمان: 2–4 أيام عمل.

الشحن الدولي

نقدم حاليًا الشحن الدولي لبعض الدول المختارة. تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب الوجهة (عادة 7–14 يوم عمل).

الرسوم الجمركية، الضرائب أو رسوم الاستيراد (إن وجدت) هي مسؤولية العميل.

تكاليف الشحن

يتم حساب تكاليف الشحن عند الدفع بناءً على موقعك ووزن الطلب.

قد يتم توفير توصيل مجاني للطلبات التي تتجاوز مبلغًا محددًا (إذا تم الإعلان عنه).

تتبع الطلب

عند شحن الطلب، ستتلقى رقم تتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

التأخيرات

رغم جهودنا لضمان التوصيل في الوقت المحدد، قد تحدث تأخيرات غير متوقعة بسبب شركات الشحن، الجمارك أو الطقس. سنقوم بتحديثك في هذه الحالات.
